Can....

hmmmm....yes I agree. :)

OK. It is assumed that they are ‘normal’.

Very Good to know.

Your unedited post also was not bad. But its good that you summarized it in one word.

That is some kind of ‘expensive’ Nokrani!

Your statement is excellent alone without the quote!

Yes. That was not meant to be by Sara’s post I think.

And yes, it does matter.

lol..on last part. Yes. Men just are able to show more emotions and not be judged as much.

Re: Can....

By choice I dont think so otherwise if they have to then yes.

Re: Can....

There are poeple like that.......

Re: Can....

Yes, sufis do it all the time. its called elimination of the biggest desire!

Re: Can....

yes, (cuz nothing is impossible)
but why someone want to do it? or needs to do it?

Re: Can....

Hey, priests live like that...errr...wait..

Re: Can....

no no never.........

They do that only for a limited amount of period and then spend their lives according to Sunnah of Prophet(SAW).

Re: Can....

gays and les can :)

It does matter, it's just not impossible to live without it.

yes.

but don't know why anyone would want to do that?!

Re: Can…

No I cannot live without a man… who’s gonna fix that faucet? Waterleak, electrical upgrades and mishaps? Who will bring the roses? Who will spoil me crazy? Who will take me to movies? Who will bring the groceries? Who will take me out to dinner? Who will give me that tylenol when I get a headache? Who will fix my car or take it for maintenance?

^For all of the above - I can let go of small fights we have - :cb:

so no way, not without a man… A man is a must :hehe:

You forgot dish washing and laundry.

Good thing the headache goes away with tylenol! Some women have such a lingering headache!

:naraz: I do the dishes and laundry

:cb:

The lingering headaches are for women who cannot stand their hubbies. :cb:

seems like my hubby “could be tolerable”

Re: Can....

^ lol @ 'could be tolerable'

No that is not entirely true. Some of the sufis spent their entire lives in celibacy. The topic of sunnat and prophet's wives is much debated among sufis but they usually come to an agreement that any desire can be eliminated thus it is a choice of one self to marry or not.
