Don’t know the answer but I tried to fix the OP.

btw, scam alert.

I wouldn’t send any money to a company claiming to be from UK, has postal address in Cyprus, registered in Malta, asks money to be sent to Switzerland and gives 0845- number to call.

So you do know ONETWOTRADE..? tbh, at first, i was little bit skeptical too but then i had a chat with their customer support. Btw they are asking me to send the money to U.K.
