can a muslim girl marry a convert

Re: can a muslim girl marry a convert

Yup.

A conversion by choice and will is perfectly okay, of course…there’s no doubting one’s faith. If, however, one is converting strictly for the purpose of a marriage, then it is by definition a sham. If is the key word here…

Re: can a muslim girl marry a convert

Sir, again welcome. But it can be a rough road ahead. Both muslims and non-muslims may give you ideas or suggestions. Ultimately its you and your belief. So read and search with open heart before embark on an important decision of your life…and after_life. You know what I mean.

Re: can a muslim girl marry a convert

what yup? Where in Quran or hadees it say that the marriage will be nullified? Please don’t asume stuff. If you have proper refrences to support your statement, then say yes or no.

Re: can a muslim girl marry a convert

Deedawar, thankyou, all i get when i broach this subjesct with non-muslims is opinionated nonsense!! thank you for your advice though because this feels like something i dont want to share just yet. just want to find my own way.

Re: can a muslim girl marry a convert

^smart thinking. May you be guided by the real and true force into right path. Whatever you find in the end.

Re: can a muslim girl marry a convert

LOL, if I do dig up the sources (and they are indeed there), would you really be happy with them?

Re: can a muslim girl marry a convert

Lusi, it’s common sense… a woman isn’t allowed to marry a nonMuslim man, and if he converts to another religion, then she shud not be married to him anymore. Allah help us all :halo:
