provide some info on the company where you are going for the internship
and something about your education and experience..and interests
if someone just writes some kick ass responses but they do not match with your education or how you will give answers in a face to face interview, they will know something is dodgy and thats bad news.
answers to all questions ..but especially 1, 4 and 6 have to come from you
