well ssingh, what i intended was to tell her not to believe these stories of call centres being solution to every problem under the sun. This type of tactics was used by BJP and it suffered.
Call centres are one method of generating jobs true, but you see it requires an educated person in our part of the world to sit on call centres (english with an american accent) and that educated person gets wasted (in lure of your quick money) because of this service job whereas he can be more productive for the nation in the long run, The less educated has nothing to do with call centres. In US yes call centre job is for one who does not have very high credentials but here, i think it is one way of sucking brainpower or a virtual brain drain.
