I just figured it out, each Guppist or Guppy can see their Warn rating in (xx%) and also there are five circles that would indicate graphically how much warnings you have accumulated.
**It seems management thinks we needed a graphic display in addition to the numerical % may because some of us don't know how to read...:) **
