so how many of you replace your cabin air filters regularly? I’m NOT talking about the engine air filter.

Given that it’s an optional element, many cars today don’t even come with a cabin air filter installed, but you can easily buy and install it yourself. It’s surprising how many people don’t even consider this even though many of us are concerned with allergens in the air stream as well as the effectiveness of air conditioning.

I change it when the AC system starts to smell like mildew. Currently on my 3rd one.
