Dude make a salad. Slice it thinly and make an olive oil/lemon juice vinaigrette and pur over shopped cabbage. Add salt/pepper and healthy side snack :)
Or add a little mayo, walnuts, shredded carrots and boiled chicken to it for a diff salad....hmm
make "pigs in a blanket"...
make fried beef, any spices u like and add beef to whole cabbage leaves, roll it up and simmer in tomato sauce...google the recipe

u have to dip the cabbage leaves in very hot water to soften em up a bit, then remove the thick center stem thingie and then roll em up. My mum makes dolma that way with rice/qeema filling

cabbage is so delicate even steaming would suffice if you just wanna butter them up and eat them.

You could make cabbage rolls out of em stuffed with anything.

Its a Mediterranean dish.
Boil the leaves in water with lemon juice till they are soft.

For stuffing use sticky rice instead of Basmati like Jasmine or Rissotto mixed with qeema

Roll the mixture into the cabbage leaves.
