Aishaa, a great article. :k: Thank you.
This explains why NYSE threw Al Jazeera out.
Its clear now that some hackers had gotten hold of Al-jazeera's site and put an american flag there. Is this just happening on north american servers, or in europe or asia as well. Could anyone in asia or europe who has access to the english version to the site please host it somehow. Its the only source of some impartial news coverage as CBC is now becoming pro-US as well with fears of economic sanctions on Canada.

and type in the russian address. There, you r good to go!!
I am impressed by cspan. Today they showed the news from Baghdad satelite channel. They also broadcast Canadian News (CBC) and British news (BBC). :k:
I was watching cnn where this yankie just back from qatar was being interviewed, and let me tell you he wasnt happy with the stuff bush said about fighting as long as necessary. The host couldnt stand his critisicm and just blew him away.
Yesterday a canuck living in the US during the last gulf war said that while he was there he just couldnt understand why the US hadnt begun attacking Iraq. Soon he entered Canada and after a week he was thinking as too why amercia had to go ahead with the war.
Its surprising the see the media having such an effect.

Aishaa chha gayeen :k:
Well out of Sky, CNN, BBC, CNN is the most biased. Sky atleast Tries to be honest in reporting Iraqi side as well. Al Jazeera doesnt take any side but it shows casualties from both sides. and thats what irks Britain as they accused Al-Jazeera of violent reporting. Someone should ask that General what you doing mister?? Causing violence, whatelse. So whats wrong if they show that.
CNN needs to take a break and give more on-air time t Larry King and Showbiz sections..
Dr Shahid from ARY rocks :k: This man really touches my heart with his commentry and i ms ure many other viewers are touched as well.
