There is no ‘degree’ for intermediate. Its a certificate. And if you were following her case in court (which Im sure you were, given your infatuation with everything Ayla), you would know that the court gave a verdict without looking at any evidence. I believe Ayla’s lawyer had asked the court to summon the BISE for details on the fake certificate, as they were the ones who issued it to Ayla after she lost her original. But the court did not summon the evidence…and instead gave a quickfire verdict based on some lame ‘qanoon-e-shahadat’ act, in which a verbal testimony is enough.
Noone wants to make a spectacle out of themselves, specially if they have truly committed fraud. Their first priority is to get it over and done with…not try and fight it. That alone tells me that Ayla Malik’s case was mismanaged by courts on the complaint of her PML-N rival…and how cosy the courts are to PML-N is no secret.
