and what about the assumption and “involvement” of ECP by you in your post where ECP is not even a party in this case?
and Russian being duped, because fake intermediate certificate was used to get BA degree from Russia, that is, if Russian degree confirms that they awarded the degree which has not happened yet, but some say they denied giving degree to her, i’ve not seen that news anywhere though
