£30/40 mark is difficult when you factor in shipping and money transfer costs - but can level out a bit if you’re ordering a few. Why not try Belle Donne on here? I just received a batch frm her which was all stitched really well - she whatsapp’ed me pics of prints whilst at the shops and I just chose the ones I liked. I had to go with a higher budget due to inflated prices prior to Eid but see what she says? Prototype is also good for casuals etc but she may be busy? Check out ‘hoop’ on FB - i recently received some outfits from them and prices are very good - will be posting a review next week
