Thanks for the guidelines. I just need to use it for home stuff such as birthdays and upcoming graduations of siblings etc. I am def. going with the hard drive then but as far as the question about High Def. is concerned, they normally run around $1,000 and that’s a little out of reach at this point considering the fact that I just moved and I am having to buy more important stuff for the place. I think I’ll go with the standard def. for now. Their reviews are pretty good. I have a HDTV (42 inch) and one guy wrote in his review that the movie he made with H200 looked great on his 42 inch high def. TV. So I think I’ll be good there.
DO send me the clip as I’d like to see it. Thanks again.
If you have a HDTV I'd really suggest you dont be turned off by the price of High Def camcorders. Cheap deals can be had if you get a model from last christmas. When I bought the HDRHC3 back in November it was retailing for 1,100. Now with the HDRHC5 out, you can find it BNIB on ebay for as low as $450.
The guy that said SD would look good on a 42 HDTV has not seen how good a HD looks on HDTV. SD is 720, HD is 1080... thats a huge quality difference.
Shikra bhai wat is the status of ur camcorder??? Did u buy it yet?? And tell the exact model, price, etc....I only have 3 more months to decide....lol..I know its a lot of time...but it will come quickly.
