Hi everyone!
I live in Canada and want to go to Lahore to buy some bridal outfits in early 2018. I’ve done sooo much research and the dresses I like with a modern element come from expensive designers. Can anyone name some designers who would do bridals for less than 2.5 lakh?

Look up Bisma Kayani on Facebook/Insta. She does lovely, neat work and her price range might be within your budget based on what a friend of mine got from her a year ago.
Azmeh Ahmed on Facebook is also very well reviewed and budget-flexible, and you can have something custom made based on the styles you like from your recon.

If I think of any others I’ll let you know. 2.5 is a decent budget; maybe look into heavier formals from other designers and see if they can be customised into bridals? Typically formals are more “modern” (umbrella term, I don’t specifically know what you interpret it as) than bridals.
