Its very easy

Ingredients
Chicken 1 kilo
salt: to taste
Onion (grind-ed): 2 medium sized
ginger garlic paste: 1tbsp
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Butter: 4tbsp
Black pepper: 3/4 tsp
White pepper: 3/4 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder (optional): 1/2 tsp
Cooking cream: 3/4 cup
Green chillies: to garnish

Method:

1. transparent onion in the oil and add ginger garlic paste cook for a minute then add chicken.
2. Cook untill chicken smells good.
3. Now add all masalas and add yogurt and let it cook untill chicken would tender.
4. When chicken will tender add cream to it and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
5. After that add butter in it and give it a dum for 2 mins and also garnish with coriander leaves and green chilli.
   This is how I made and it turns out delicious, you can use 1/2 cream also if a bit calorie conscious. If you dont want oil you can fry onion in butter too but butter after cooking and put on dum add taste to it, which is my tested one. Hopefully you will like it insha’Allah
