Re: butter chicken recipe needed
I tried teh recipe listed by njavaeed and i can say i finally made butter chicken the way i wanted to. It tasted like what i had at Sabri Nihari rest in Chicago and every single person who ate it, complemented me. So thanks for posting the recipe njavaeed and Afshi for saying she had tried it.
I would like to state htat i didnt use exact measurements listed in the recipe. Since i was making a greater quantity, i eyeballed my ingredients and also added some tandoori masala (the Rajah brand) to the gravy for an extra kick.
