She quoted 26Lacks pakistani rupees for this set without the tika. That's almost 29,000USD. I don't know if it's worth getting this.

I think it is because she deals mostly with diamonds and polki diamonds.
With Tiffany's even silver jewelry is marked up an insane amount because you are buying the brand so I wouldn't compare this with them. I'm getting a few quotes from Dubai/India based sellers to compare soon to get a better idea.
