Brutal dictators are dictators which are brutal and despised the world over by everyone...And they have the guts to be brutal in front of everyone...Not hide behind pretty sounding words and murder millions...
A brutal dictator who kills a hundred in the name of oppression is far more merciful than a liberator who kills ten thousand in the name of freedom...
