if u remember tghe tv show andhera ujjala with that deh djamat paas direct hawaldaar (wilayat) and his bodd (jaffar), jaffar used to say

ziydah baan baan karnay ki zaroorat naheen hai, warna drawing room ki saer karain geh toh jo kiya hai woh bhi qabool kar lo gaye aur jo naheen kiya woh bhi bachooo..

so i guess its PTV drama cops lingo
