There are many places where there is no writ of the government, could be balochistan where you cannot raise Pakistani flag now adays.

Yes I agree and lots of images/videos are from Balochistan. Balochistan is one of four province and all Balochi holds Paksitan’s ID and Passport (as far I know). So the are automatically Pakistani but burning flag, what does this means? That they are no longer Pakistani?
