since you ask, I am glad to reiterate my point.

Abisafyan was comparing GDP, PCI etc between Pakistan adn India for whatever reason. I pointed out that all that meaningless since the Pakistan federal government’s national budget relies on 23% of funds coming through grants and loans externally. Hope that is clear.

You questioned the 23% number as something taught in Indian schools - I showed you that the number is from Pakistan government’s own official website.

Hope that is clear now.
