Mir of Hunza: Broadly I don't disagree with what you say, but where do you get the numbers like half the republican party? That seems a little high!! I think most Americans realise that there is racism embedded and hidden, but atleast it does not receive official approval and sanction. I don't think it is as bad as you make it out to be, but I personally do not have experience of all parts of the USA to argue. I hope it is not as bad as you think it is. I do find some far right religious groups quite offensive.
Racism is inherent in all white people. They see themselves as superior and the coloured people as inferior.
I was travelling to Dubai with my wife, a couple of weeks and next to us was sat this German lady whom looked well educated and decent. In the front of us was sat a Pakistani family (a lady with two kids). The younger of the kids cried throught the flight. Generally we all know how people react to this kind of disturbance, we get annoyed and hope that the child will go quite. The lady tried througout the flight but the child cried on. Now this lady sat next to us was reading a book and she constantly made loud remarks about the child crying in german. She must have thought that because my wife and I were speaking English we would not understand what she was saying. My wife can also speak german, so she translated every thing to me and I felt very bad. Clearly the woman with the child was doing her best but this German lady was not happy.
On the way back from Dubai we had another family sat in the front seats this time the kids were white and they shouted, screamed and threw things about but no one complained and neither did anyone remark because they were civilised white kids.
I am a British Pakistani and I see this sort of behavior every day. Racism is ripe and I believe that the white people have some sort of a complex that somehow they are superior.
I would only say this, who washes his hands every time he or she goes to the toilet?? You all know the answer.

I would say it is the same people who have no free will when it comes to anything from how to take a crap to what position they may sleep in. The same people who's rigid rules tell them how to say hello, step into a house, and get dressed every morning.
If you point was to prove how 'civilized' a particluar group is, you really only proved how this group has no potential for free will in every aspect of their lives. They wash their hands because they fear the wrath of God if they don't, not because they are clean or civilized.
By following such strict rules, these people do not end up with feeling any sense of responsibility for their own lives and, therefore, for their own failures.
By taking away any potential free will in peole, these rules destroy the very essence of human liberty. This creates a backward and self-destructive culture that forces humiliation on its people. They end up confusing their impotence and misery with their hatred of the infidels who have succeeded in every aspect in which their own culture has failed.
Study the 1300 years of Islamic History and then lets talk on the basis of fact and not ignorant speculation.
You'll find that Islam is the only ideology which effectively harnesses the potential of the human mind and focuses it in a correct and healthy manner. Consequently it was under the Islamic Civilisation that the world made unparalleled advances in the fields of mathematics, science, geometry and medicine.
MShafiq did you say something to the German lady or did you let her racism continue?How about the white kids did you say to the parents how badly their children are misbehaving?If you said nothing at all to either one and you sat by and let percieved racism as you say it was happen and did nothing about it then that makes you just as bad as those people because you seen wrong and did nothing to stop it.I hope you said something to these people it was the right thing to do.

I think theres a few cultures that might differ with you on the only ideology thing what about Zen,buddahism,sholin monks just to name afew all of which using and controling your mind is the main purpose.Unparalled advance you guys had a mighty empire and did make signifacant advances but to say unparelled thats alittle to much in less then a hundred years not thousands we went from row boats to space shuttles from people dying of a infection to antibiotics to cooking with open pit fires to having electricity and gas and every home.Now don't get me wrong im not trying to downgrade anything that happen during the muslim empire but to say it was never parelled was a streach to me.

I am totally lost. What are you talking about? My reference was to white people whom think that because we are coloured somehow we must be inferior/dirty/un-civilised. My point was to say that we are in-fact far superior in every respect.
Our religion teaches us to live an honest and pure life and we do. The only problem is that some western countries take advantage of these poor simple people and they have nothing to fight back with hence they resort to the kind of things people do around the world.

Yes my wife did say to the german woman that she understands what she is saying and that she must be patient. As for the white kids, no we did not say anything, because we know that's how kids are. This is the basic differnce between us and them. We tolerate they show.
