Ok, my bad, i Meant american/british, not just white. And I wasnt making a stereotype nor was I complaining about them but simply questioning as to why this made news? Lots of women are molested and raped in India (and other countries) but why does it make news when it happens to an non-Indian? Im sure it was a sad and scary situation for hte victims and in no way am I blaming them for anything...but its just something to ponder

I think thats jumping the gun slightly, just because of a few cases doesnt mean that india is full of rapists or that it will affect the tourism industry !! India has alot to offer tourists and i doubt ppl will stop coming bcos of this

Well, India claims to be a secular country...Does the concept of 1/4th apply there as well? Would it differentiate between Muslim or any other religion?

the article stated only 3 female tourists have been raped in TWO years.. That's such a tiny tiny number that it really ahs no effect on it

i dont know wats the background of this rapist but there have been 3 such cases in various indian cities like mumbai delhi and gurgaon where females were mass molested this new year eve. and again these r not isolated case.there has been similar molestation attempt at gateway (mumbai)of india last year new year eve party too.gurgaon case molesters were NRIs.there was one rape of germar tourist woman at in rajasthan one or two year back the rapist was the son of inspector general of police of jharkhand(if im correct).wat i found in most of these rape and molestation cases is that offenders r enerally the ppl of very high background .i dont know about this particular offender in this news as i cant read urdu.
The One who have raped the Brit lady is owner of the Hotel, and other who have molested the American lady is a priest in the temple.
