There is a post in this thread that raised several maybes in terms of what this person (and others) may have done after consuming alcohol. The post also conjectured - if that is a word - that this person may have made the wine himself and may have sold to others.

And hence the poster justified this punishment.

Maybe that post should have fewer maybe and more facts…maybe that would have been a better approach.
