I move to dismiss the case
whatever it is that john tesh produces can not be considered music
therefore the allegation of her listening to music is untrue.

Do you guys seriously have nothing better to do than to pick on hijab and those who wear it? The only thing that this article mentioned was that the juror wore a scarf. There weren't any racist/political/religious implications, its morons like some posters here who choose to post any pathetic story that comes their way to make some point. No. her first statement was about the lady in discussion (who IS a moron for being part of a jury while listening to music..imagine wrongly acquitting/sentencing a person because of her stupid mistake)
the second part was a general statement that was not an attack on anyone on GupShup in particular whereas you attacked PCG personally.

Its not only about hijab or only about muslims PCG...............morons are growing every year in developed countries especially in US, Japan, Germany and UK.
In the UK "autistic spectrum disorders(ASD)" has grown to 1 in 100 children and it is increasing 25% every year, they can be often high achievers in academic but are disable to communicate with rest of the world. Self-obsession, boredom, anger and lack of engagement, So this is what you gonna get in our generations in this consumer-driven society.
So this is our ignorance and generalization if we say certain group of people is getting crazy and becoming moron.
May Allah protect us and our generations from educational and social disabilities. Amen
