^^ Its all due to corruption, short changing on proper building material to build stuff with inferior quality and pocketing the difference
I say everything in Pakistan must be build by foreigners like our M3 Motorway build by the Koreans
Only then will it teach these idiot Pakis to build properly and not bring corruption to things which can cause lives of so many people
