I had a friend in pakistan call KR and here are his current prices:
If u get ur make up done by Khawar Riaz himself it will cost u
Rs. 50, 000 for one function. If u get both Valima and Barat done from KR u get a discount of Rs. 10, 000.
However, if u get the make up done by his senior artist it will cost u Rs. 25, 000 for one function. He also told me that even though the senior make up artist does the make up, KR totally oversees the whole thing and makes the final touches himself.
Again if u decide to get both Valima and Barat done by the senior artist u will get a Rs. 10, 000 discount. (making ur total bill for both Barat and Valima to be Rs. 40, 000)
Khawar Riaz also has photography service. Normally it costs Rs. 50, 000 per shoot but if u get the make up done from KR as well. U get a discount of Rs. 10, 000. And if u get BOTH valima and baraat photoshoot done by KR u get another Rs. 10, 000 discount.

His work is OK, nothing extraordinary in my opinion, at least not worth the price tag. i find his make up to be a bit too harsh on most brides. For example, the blush appears as a pink rectangle on the cheeks, ie it has harsh lines and is not blended at all, which looks very unnatural, and he tends to recreate the colors of the dress on the eyes, too matchy matchy...
