We haven't bought the set yet - we've only recently learned how the bride's gharara will look, so it's a matter of deciding a best fit :)

^ Damas opened a branch in Lahore a few years back. I spoke to them over the phone for a qoute on a polki set worn by Vinny - it was a front cover shoot for Damas in 'Brides & you' magazine. They were very courteous on the phone, but a little expensive for my taste.

Personally, I know of only one private antique jewellery dealer. I found her name from Karma, since she had lent a few of her sets for a couple of their shoots. If I remember correctly, her name is Qudsia mumtaz and she had some really amazing antique sets and pieces in her private collection.
I just wanted to add that your wedding jewellery looked amazing in your wedding pics!! - I really loved those earrings that were shaped around your ear. What are those type of earrings called?

and thank you!...the wedding jewelery is from Govindjis. I had seen the kaan worn by Madhubala in Mughal-e-Azam lol :) they are the traditional bengali kaan...made very popular during the mughal era..
