She's wearing rouge yes... Not their best dress it needs some contrast but then again full legnth pics will tell. Make up is Shehzad raza..

Her jewels could be an Indian set OR Shazia deen but not necc Shazia.
I just got a ringgrom her she has the best stuff today in Pakistan!
