yeah the makeup needed some more oomph, since the top was kind of light. But its often said on this forum that purple is hard to pull off- she did it perfectly- the shade of plum is just right and the work is delicate and pretty. She could have done a little better with more statement jewelry, especially diamond on white gold (real or artificial) instead of the gold and dark eyeliner with smokey eyes, and mauve/plum (instead of peach) lipstick just to play up the deepness of the purple. overall though her dress is extremely elegant.
