My friend had her nikkah on the same day as her brother had his nikkah with her nand (a watta-satta thing).... and they wore the xact same outfits/jewelery... They did rukhsati at the same time as well a few years later, and wroe the same type of lengha/jewelery..just different colors :D... usually dbl weddings are to save money and time as well, esp if two of them are living abroad and families cant afford to go back every few montsh for another wedding..so its all timing as well

i personally would ummm.. NOT be comfortable sharing my big day with someone else's. it's just too awkward. i mean it's my day, i would want my wedding to be how i want it.. dont these brides clash on ideas.. it's just really weird.
