I don’t think those are real brides, I remember whilst studying in Lahore, the schools and colleges used to have dumb bridal competitions where girls would borrow outfits and jewellry from relatives and dress up for the competition.
They would wear the whole gear and parade up and down the catwalk. I’m sure that’s what that pic is.
