hello girlies.. i had been to kurtaba market bahadurabad TODAY.i have to share wid all brides to b here . i happen to c over there all type of kaam.. very nice,heavy work,light work n very cheap @ rate .i saw tehre all type of copies of these designers formals even that mareena's off white dress which she wore on her nikah?? n originially is from maria b.n other good designs as well.u can show them magazine or whateva to copy.i will go to gulf as well ,if hallaaaat are bit better.. who ever is in karachi i will suggust u guyz to have a look on these markets for Awsome designs n affordble rates.

^ I think your idea is great with a longer shirt and churidar, thats something like i had on my mehndi. but the purple in that dress is hideous. actually i dont like the color combo at all, doesnt seem well coordinated IMO. I think if the pants were orange-ish to somewhat coordinate with the kaam on the border of the kameez, it would look better.
If you can pull it off well enuff then y not, sure go for it =)

I like the color combo too...esp. as a mehndi outfit.
I hadn't thought of the anarkali/peshvaz idea...I think that's an interesting thought though. Which do you think would look better?
