ziggy the ones that had spaces i put underscores between them and it still doesnt work!

I think uderscore maybe an illegal character - try heiphens instead.
Also, are the images less than 1000 kb in size?

just rename it with a small name i.e. use numbers or alphabets with no other characters.
or u can open the picture in paint and "Save As" .jpeg with new name. then upload.
