yeah i agree.....i guess if someone quotes you on a lehnga you haven't bought for your wedding thats fine, but i wouldnt feel uncomfortable if someone directly asked me...... =/

i have to say that until started reading these threads i had NO idea about the costs of wedding outfits in pakistan, particularly the designer ones. it's given me a lot to think about regarding what i want for myself as i need to start getting my own stuff made.
if people didn't share this info, i'd probably be going around in my own little world thinking i could afford stuff which i probably cant.. so it's understandable why people are asking.
BUT, i think there are better ways of asking than just demanding info in a public thread.

Her big necklace is kind of hanging frm one side… propably not equal no. of pearls on the both side…

but sometimes ppl will ask and then when u tell them the price, they make all sorts of judgements about your finances and your character etc, that ur wasting too much money or are too cheap etc.....
