the pic is so dark its difficult to see the colours, but its seems like chatta patti.
there are two kinds of chatta patti. one is judt multi color stripes and in other type the colors are in diamond shape.

^ that looks like printed fabric, almost, and not like the stripes are sewn from different pieces of fabric into stripes... so in that case, its not chatta patti, cos i think in chatta patti the feature is that you take different, colored fabrics, cut it into pieces, and then either stitch it into a diamond pattern or the diagonal stripes.
