What's with all these brides wearing midriff baring, Indian-style outfits? Not that it looks ugly or anything, but I find it less elegant. I suppose its not too bad for a mehndi outfit because they're not as formal as the wedding.

I have seen a lot of brides wear black on their wedding. Its their wedding day and whatever makes her happy. We should not get surprised confused or judgmental.
No one said anything bad about it. Everyone has their own preferences. If people want to wear black on their wedding day then more power to them.
