^ its beautiful! your sister might be right though- the red definitely helps to make it seem more bridal. in a lighter colour, it might lose that traditional bridal look. having said that, lots of brides opt for lighter wedding dresses- once the hair, makeup and jewellery are all on, it’ll look like a more contemporary bridal.
i have already seleced jewellery and it is not that heavy though. but u guessed it right i am looking for more contemporary look but still my family seems to think its too dull. any ideas how can i make it bit more walima like??? may be heavy border on shirt or bit more work on bottoms??? any idea would be welcome
adding some fuchsia would work with both the coral and the ivory and brighten it up. maybe add it as a patti to the underside of the kaam on the border of the dupatta, the chaak/daaman of the shirt, edges of sleeves, neckline and bottom of lehenga. you could also opt for a fuchsia shade on your lips.
