twinklewinkle, that is Isha Koppikar at Norddeutsche Lands Bank in a Fashion Show by Pria Kataria Puri in Taj Crystal Room. It is not by Faiza Samee but I thought the same when I looked at it for the first time. Infact most of her collection has similar kaam that gives out Fazia Sameeish vibes. Here are more pics:
