My honest answer:
IDk if you are the bride or not, or how far you wanna go spending money on a bridal clothes, i also understand that you already spend some fair amount on this piece, but the work is really really poor made, i am really sorry about that, i put myself in your shoes, and i would be disappointed as well.
If i were you i would keep the bottom and make a brand new top, coz that’s, by far, the most disappointing part of your gown. Depending on how much work you want to get done, it can come to almost the same price of getting an all new gown, but you have to think about this carefully before ordering another clothes.
And last by not least, who make the clothes look good or bad is you, how you really wear it, and by wear it, i really mean WEAR IT, your attitude when you gonna put it on will make all the diff for it to look awesome or a disaster. I already saw really nice dresses look awful with person that really didnt put their heart on wearing it, and other “not-so-fancy” dresses that looked like pieces of jewels and surprised everybody when the right person wore it. So its all inside you!!
