No, it’s a ripoff of one that Mubashra Malik wore. Bunto doesn’t use cheap fabric like chiffon or do plain jamavaar borders, nor does she use such mota kaam. Anyone that has worn or seen Bunto in real life knows the quality of her fabrics and kaam are on another level altogether.
