The bride’s khara dupatta made from Banarsi silk, and is embroidered with actual gold thread. Her jewelry is over 200 years old, and belonged to her husband’s great-great-great-grandfather, the Nawab of Palanpur.



Her orhni is another one of her husband’s family heirlooms, and was embroidered by his great-grandmother over 100 years ago.


The turban and sarpech are also heirloom pieces, that originally belonged to the Nawab of Palanpur.
