It's actually called a karan phool lacha....my guess is that most of these brides are either hyderabadi or married into a hyderabadi family cause they're not that common...
I think it is also called 'jaravi lacha'. They are really not that expensive. Someone bought it from a jeweler in Hyderabad colony in Karachi for Rs. 2000 six years ago. I think these can be made in various colours. It can be worn with a longish haar called 'Mohan haar'.
