EXCUSE me but how does a shararah represnt MUSLIM tradition? its got noting to to do with islam, its a paki tradition.. not muslim... i hate it when ppl associate pakistani cultre with islam, no wonder the wrold thinks we r terrorists!
EXCUSE YOU but you really need to sort ur issues out. a sharara or gharara DOES represent the muslim CULTURE of the sub continent as they were predominantly worn by MUSLIM women. it is related to the islamic dress conformation as they were worn loose, long and covering therefore became the atire for aristocratic muslim women who could be fashionable whilst maintaining their separate identity as MUSLIMS. and it is very hard to seperate islam with pakistani culture as ultimately it is "the ISLAMIC REBUPLIC OF PAKISTAN".
