HI EVERYONE
I am getting married in Pakistan and ihave NOOO idea where to get my make up done from. I am gonna be stayin in Wah Cantt (i bet most ppl dont even know where that is hehe) its close to pindi and islamabad… So.. if you guys know n e good places.. please LET ME know..

Well, Depilex in Islamabad is charging 10, 000 these days and Milli is chargin around 13,000. Daniella is charging 18,000 if it is done by Daniella herself. If you want her daughter Jenny to do it, you have to pay around 40,000 since she lives in Dubai and comes only for very important appointments. I got my makeup done by Daniella herself…no point paying more to her daughter for almost the same kind of makeup. The photo shoot of the couple is 6,000 for 20 pictures and 5,000 for the bride only photo shoot. This is not bad though. Well these are the prices I am quoting from August 2005. I hope they have not raised the prices. If you want to get the Mehndi applied by the parlour too, thats another 2000 rupees for both hands front and back and the both feet. I got a lil discount since my hubby is in PAF and so is Daniellas husband. She gives away a lil discount to all Airforce families.

Nikhar and some other parlours in pindi charge much less than this, but their brides are usually so typical with almost a cake like face. Daniella is famous for natural looking makeup where the bride looks like herself.

okay 40000 rupees!! that is alot - is se bethar nai ke mein jeh paise kisi poor ko deh don… yakeen nahein ho raha hai, ke koi hai joh apne makeup ke liye 40000 rupees dehta hai… it’s just make up

I know Daniella and Jenny personally my cousin got her make up done from them as well both are excellent…Daniella goes with a more trendy traditional look while Jenny goes with a more ‘in’ look/more modelish style which I liked…but their make up is simply the best. They are a little more expensive than the others but what the heck…its ur wedding rightttttt

yup its my wedding i can spend on it but my mom is against overspending on wedding make-up. You know moms.
I want traditional with "In" style, so danillla will do it for me? Jenny 40,000 no way....

i went to meelee's and she made me look like a princess :$
she does a good job... and its not too far from wah cantt
don't go to depilex... it sucks

nikhaar no depilex their mascara and liner starts running off as soon as you start crying and if you tell them to use your own mascara and liner they wont let you do that she does good makeup no doubt but it doesn't last long it starts coming off in couple of hours.

mohsin sons mai na jaaoo Khan variety se lehnga lo ya phir libase khas se, mohsin sons ka kaam itna acha nahi hota jald kahraab ho jata hai kuch sala pehle hum ne bhabi ka lehnag khan vairty se liya tha tehy r very expensive but they work is excellent mili aur danila nand bhabi hai dono ke make up mai koi kahs faraq nahi hai, magar danilla se kahbi facial nahi karwna aap sirk brideal make up karwaao nothign else

Ok i will ask my sister to visit khan variety, well my friend got her bridal make up from milli 5 yrs ago, after that one of my class mate got her bridal make up from there, milli does all make up in same tone and shades (more brownish) bronze look.
I think i will go for danialla, or will check milli too lets see.Abhi too dress kahan sy linah hy ye preshani hy bass......and furniture any suggestion for furniture?

MAKEUP/HAIR needed in ISLAMABAD

Hello, i wanted to know if anyone out there knows what is the best place to go for hair and makeup in Islamabad? I am going to be there in 2 weeks for my valima. I like makeup that is bright especially good eye makeup and nothing too much or fake white face with too much powder. Can anybody recommend a place? and also do i need to make an appointment in advance or is a 1 or 2 day notice fine??

u dont like danyala? the lady i was talking about is Farah. her parlour is in her house. u know the "kabli resturnt" in super her house is opposite to that resturant. bohot haseen dulhan banati hai wo and she charge only i think 5000. 2 years before she charge only 2000. now i think its 5000 or around.
