Re: Brekkie, Lunch, Sup
For a power breakfast...first drink a glass of water after you get out of your bed...skip coffee/tea...
Blend almonds, orange juice, skim milk, figs, honey and dates...the list can go on and on...
PS: The specific amounts of the above-mentioned ingredients should be decided by the user himself...
PS1: Try and post the results please... :)
Re: Brekkie, Lunch, Sup
^....how does milk and orange juice together taste?
I always wanted to mix these two but wasn't sure.
Re: Brekkie, Lunch, Sup
urgh, don't do it - its messy.
Re: Brekkie, Lunch, Sup
Once my cousin was busy talking with me as he prepared his breakfast. He poured a bowl of cereal and poured orange juice on it. He almost puked when he took a bite.
I like having a bowl of cantelope topped with cottage cheese for breakfast. It’s easy and healthy.
Re: Brekkie, Lunch, Sup
It taste to me very refreshing and energetic…
Here in Holland…even stores sell fruit milk…like of oranges, strawberries etc.
Re: Brekkie, Lunch, Sup
I would add sugar and one egg white in my bowl of cereal and heat it in the microwave for half a minute, and then mix it up fine. Tastes great :D
Re: Brekkie, Lunch, Sup

Cottage cheese on toast
But I never get time for brekkie. Drink some milk, grab a banana and run.

Re: Brekkie, Lunch, Sup
try having a vanilla yogurt smoothy:
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
handful of frozen fruit of your choice
a tsp of honey
a little bit of milk
blend together, pour in a glass and add a straw...
