What i do is take an apple, skim milk, and 10 almonds and put all this in the blender. Add ice if you want but no sugar is allowed. Blend everything together and drink it up. A very healthy filling breakfast. Yummy:)

Add 1 1/2 ounce of vodka and you will be set to go.
