The more milk you get out, the more you will make. I think this is your question? Keep expressing, at least as much as your baby would eat, you can freeze it for a time and use it as you need it but always keep the milk flowing from you if you want to use breastmilk.
but do u think....NOW after a longggg gap i can reach that enough amount?
