Saadia: Is it called more milk plus??? I am taking the same capsules....the milk supply increased a little bit, but it is not enough to fill the babies stomach....I would still be sitting in the room all day. Mashallah she takes in 3 oz...when I pump I make 1 oz.
sweetu: More milk plus is a herb....I actually did drink more milk in the beginning thinking that would increase milk, but my cousin told me to drink lots of water. That has helped.
zarra: I totally agree. The first few days (before I fed her similac) I was literally sitting in the room all day long. I didn't even have time to go to the bathroom. I just felt like crying. Since I started her on formula as well as my milk; mashallah she sleeps better and her stomach stays full. Do u think it is ok to give her breast milk and formula at the same feeding?
khawateen: that is zeera that ur talking abt right? My saas told me to take zeera too. I have been taking 1 teaspoon, I guess I will try taking more. After how long should I see an increase in milk?
