That's very odd. I've never been to a place here, where women would be exposed like that. Certainly not in the center of the mall.

The whole man teaching deal, people have preferences I understand...............but if a man can deliver your baby, is it that big of a deal if he teaches you how to breast feed?

nothing wrong but i suppose there is a proper place for everything...one is not expected to sit in public and do this. i remember mothers always took the baby inside her chadar or rupaTTaa or turned around towards the wall to avoid being exposed in order to feed the baby...i have no quarrel if its done in a more private setting than in a foyer of a mall. ... i'm sure u'll agree with me...thankoo :)**

But the fact that they did it at a mall is interesting, given the focus of the article. It seems like there is a lot of pressure on mothers and a lot that makes breastfeeding a difficult part of one's lifestyle, so many mothers quit sooner than they had intended. And perhaps they don't seek the support or knowledge they need -- I guess the experts are desperate to reach these women -- even in the malls!
I don't believe there were bare boobs, even in Canada.

It makes sense ...because there are resources and sources out there to help out in every possible way ...
And since I have been through it I know that BF is not something very easy,well atleast not for everyone.So maybe it is a new approach to set up clinics or consultation booths at such public spots to help women or create awareness....
But them standing in lines with everything for display...I just can't imagine that...!!!
